19.01.2022 For those who think in terms of links and connections I do not see it being without purpose or reason that such a bloody sacrifice and loss of life should occur... on a Friday the 13th in the 'City of Light' that sends the whole world into further gloom, grief and fear. This is the nature of ritual energy working at a massively orchestrated scale, one spoken about by people like David Icke. It is tragic for this loss of life, but more so tragic how many of you now feel and sit in the energy of grief-- further dragging down the whole worlds energy vibration. Joy is the ante thesis of grief and fear. My advice to break free from this current mass ritual energy is to remember Paris as a place of 'LOVE'- the City of Love, the City of Light - can you see the corruption- remember good times and memories had there and with people you love. If you have never been there, find your own focus of joy. Please do not add to this energy of grief- is it designed to generate the wave of anger needed towards kicking of world war, which many in this world have been resisting. Joy is resistance, even in the face of horror. Joy finds the light when darkness crowds in.

07.01.2022 I will practice acceptance. Today I will accept people, situations, circumstances, and events as they occur. I will know that this moment is as it should be, because the whole universe is as it should be. I will not struggle against the whole universe by struggling against this moment. My acceptance is total and complete. I accept things as they are this moment, not as I wish they were. How do you deal with accepting situations?
