Over 300 people carried lanterns and walked along the estuary into Bunbury; a magical sight of solidarity that together, we will keep on fighting for a cure. And Leigh - thank you for organising tonight, you superstar. And also a big thanks to the many volunteers who, without you, tonight would not have been the success that it was. 17.01.2022 A week ago today you all raised over $10,000! Our event would not have been possible without our amazing volunteers. Bunbury's A-team , led by volunteer event organiser Leigh Smithies, also included Janet George, Elizabeth Hovey, Raelene de Passey, Alison Hawkes and Bruce Hawkes, Keith and Sara Knauf and Regen Smithies, plus a handful of equally amazing others! Woolworths Plaza donated the sausages and sauce, and it could not have been possible without the fantastic mobile BBQ from Grace Christian School (Bunbury)! It was a sell out! Thanks everyone
