14.01.2022 A Different time before COVID This was one of the last weddings before things changed. Anyone who knows me or worked with me knows how strong I feel about being safe and keeping the highest standard of hygiene, this has continued like always. I just now always wear a mask!! This has been a challenging year. One that has hit me in a way I never thought possible. I’m realising some changes need to be made so that I can keep going as a business with work l...ife balance. 14.01.2022 This year has been so challenging for everyone! As a small business I didn't know how I was going to get through it. Again I am shown from my beautiful clients how lucky I am. 14.01.2022 Hair, makeup, ANGLES & LIGHTING verses .. YES.. they are both hot in their own way lol Grateful I was able to get my hair done yesterday. Have been feeling a bit shit about myself so nice to go and get pampered. My amazing hairdresser did a wonderful job and wanted to take a photo of me but with my skin being texturised and breaking out and no makeup on at all. I didn’t want one with my face in it. Thinking about this while I applied makeup and trying to get a good photo.... I couldn’t help but feel a little embarrassed at the fact that I know deep down inside I’m not comfortable in my own skin a lot of the time. I would like to say that I believe that I’m beautiful no matter what but that would be a lie. And I just think that this is a natural thing.... It’s not possible to feel good all the time. Some times I feel good and other times I don’t. Some camera angles and lighting are good some others are not. And really sometimes I just feel better when I have my hair done and some makeup on. And I want to be a little more comfortable accepting all of it! Trying to have clarity on who I am and how I want to share on social media is bloody hard.
