24.01.2022 Lilburndale is a wonderfully unique property providing a mix of beautifully preserved history and picturesque Australian landscapes. From the exterior of The Packing Shed, it might look like your typical vintage farm shed. But boy do people get a surprise when they see what we have done inside! The Packing Shed boasts an industrial style interior with a mixture of concrete floors, black steel, and timber. We have lovingly restored some of the vintage orcha...rd machinery into our bar, dessert table and display cabinet. Plus, did we mention we have the best bathrooms in town? To organise a viewing of Lilburndale, contact Felicity through [email protected]. Photo- @ by__joey See more

23.01.2022 To celebrate joining the @wedshed family, the first 3 bookings to mention wedshed on enquiry will receive our introductory offer of $500 off LILBURNDALE venue hire. If you have newly engaged friends or want to drop a pretty strong hint to your partner that you’re ready for the big I DO then please share our social pages and website with them

21.01.2022 We want to make planning your wedding day easy and stress-free, allowing you to relax and enjoy the celebrations of your special day. That’s why when we started our wedding venue journey, we decided to steer away from being a DIY venue towards being an all-inclusive venue. Lilburndale is a licensed venue with an Executive Chef that has worked in some of the top restaurants in Sydney. Our venue hire is packed with inclusions including some styling, so by sim...ply adding floristry, our venue will look amazing! What to learn more? 20.01.2022 Like a kid in a candy shop, this is the face of someone who's quite chuffed that the local ice cream van- Mr. Ricky, made a late-night appearance at THE PACKING SHED Photo Credit- @chasing_arrows

17.01.2022 Our horticultural coordinator is on the same page as us when it comes to landscaping LILBURNDALE. We always pictured the hill behind the house to be full of natives and he was so helpful in guiding us to the right supplier and gave us all the info we needed to make it happen

13.01.2022 CREAMERY corners. A quiet spot to relax and catch your breath after the ceremony.

11.01.2022 Our amazingly detailed logo for THE PACKING SHED was also created by @1924us Our venue was indeed a packing shed- originally built 100 years ago to sort and pack the Valencia oranges grown on LILBURNDALE. We wanted our logo to reflect the history of the shed without being basic and we are pretty dang happy with the end result.

10.01.2022 Seeing this excitement gets us every time!

09.01.2022 This very old photograph shows siblings on the rock and what we imagine is their father, leaning against the tree looking over LILBURNDALE, you can see her orchard to the right of the photograph stretching into the distance

09.01.2022 THE PACKING SHED is safe! With the floodwaters receding we are now able to access the shed. We will start the cleanup process and prepare for our official opening wedding on the weekend of May the 15th. We would like to give a huge shout out to all of the incredible folks who worked their butts off making sure none of our furniture, styling props, historic relics and commercial kitchen equipment went underwater. We love our community and couldn't be prouder. Our hearts go out to everyone that was and still is flood affected. There's a tough road ahead but if we work together we can make it through

06.01.2022 It's all about the entrance! The middle level of our packing shed has some very impressive double doors that can add to the drama of your introduction as a married couple, your runway awaits...

01.01.2022 THE PACKING SHED- This photo was taken the morning after our first ever wedding in 2013. Our girl has undergone extensive renovations since then but still has all the character she started with. If you’d like a tour of the shed send us an email [email protected]
