24.01.2022 SUPER EXCITING NEWS WE ARE EXPECTING!!! Bellini and Mojo are expecting some little babies towards the end of June, this is super exciting for us as this will be our first ever litter of LH carriers ... Mojo had never sired a litter before so his mumma is excited to see some mojo babies out there in the world This will also be Bellinis final ever litter she is such a beautiful girl and we love watching her mother her babies she has so much love in her heart for her pups and her humans

24.01.2022 Welcoming 'GYPSY' to our fam aswell. This little girl is(to the best of our knowledge) the first black and tan harlequin carrying blue, LH & possibly choc. She is a Louie baby and we are so incredibly grateful to be able to have her in our program This girl is going to do wonders and change up our program, her structure is off the charts incredible and her personality is just like her dad.

23.01.2022 Bellini is in search of her forever home!! Here at lil gruntaz as much as we would love to keep every single dog we have in our program, it’s just not possible. Now that our girl Bellini is retired she is looking for a family to spoil her for the rest of her life! Important things to note; ... Bellini is best suited to an only dog home where she will get of your attention Bellini loves kids and is incredibly maternal towards small children Bellini has partial facial paralysis due to a sudden ear infection - this doesn’t bother her nor does she require any medication but she is used to extra cuddles and living mostly indoors as a result of this. This has not been an easy decision and it has taken me a long time to be able to put up this post so please only enquire if serious. Ultimately we’d like Bellini to remain local aswell.

This video in particular really explains DM and proves that you have absolutely nothing to worry about if ever buying a pup/dog that carries/affected by DM. 21.01.2022 Introducing this pretty girl 'SADIE' she has come to join our fam and will help us to produce some beautiful fluffy babies along with our gorgeous boy Louie. Sadie is fawn pied merle carry blue, tan, LH and possibly Choc, she is a tiny little nugget and has lots of love in her heart, she was pretty excited to see Louie again too and just fit right into our pack.

20.01.2022 BELLINI'S STORY Firstly As you can see she loves her little baby, she wouldn't even lift her head from him whilst watching the kids in the lounge. Finally, I will not ever sit here and say breeding is easy and there is never any heart break because that would be a lie! ... We were so excited for this litter, it was also bellini's last litter and I really love watching her mother her babies, she truly is the most loving mumma bear and always looks after her babies so well!! This isn't something we've often come across with our girls in the past. Our first ultrasound we were told 5 pups were seen. I personally thought I had only seen 3 but the vet said 5 so that's what we went with. As time went on bellini didnt grow as big as last time and something felt off so I asked last Friday to have an ultrasound done as something just didn't feel right and I worried about Bellini. Again 5 confirmed with possibly 1 water baby Sunday night came around, Bellini was going into labour so off we went straight to the vets, 2 puppies were born!!! After 2 ultrasounds and 5 pups confirmed each time only 2 babies were in there. Unfortunately the little girl hadn't formed properly and I opted to put her to sleep and out of her pain. Leaving us with MOJA - meaning 1 in Swahili. When we got Bellini home we were all still in shock, Bellini was looking for her other babies and wasn't tending to Moja as well as she had in the past, by day 2 this got better as I think she realised she only had the 1 little baby. I love our girl with all my heart and this was incredibly hard to watch but she's doing such a good job with little Moja, rarely leaves his side and even lays inside the humidicrib with him all day and night. So what happened? That we still don't know. Our vet is rarely wrong and he felt so awful, he apologized profusely and can't figure out himself what happened. There may never be an answer and we have to be okay with that. This does go to show however if something doesn't feel right it's generally because it isn't. Noone did anything wrong it's just how nature works sometimes. We love our girl and all we care about is her safety and her health.

11.01.2022 So our whelping set up arrived after the fact even though we ordered plenty ahead - thanks Rona Important thing is we have it all now!we love our whelp mate it's so easy to use and make it easy for us to keep an eye on our mumma and bubba. As you can see it's big enough for our humidi crib as well which we are keeping close by as our house only has a fireplace thankgosh mumma fits in there too Can't wait for Moja to get bigger so he can run around in here where it's safe and can be seen

08.01.2022 Remember little spring??! When she left us she became Gracie, she lives with her 2 brothers, is so incredibly spoilt by her mum and dad and is just absolutely loving her life. From what I hear she rules the roost ... Isn't she growing up Beautifully?

01.01.2022 Expectations!! This is the standard you can expect when you have Louie babies. These 2 little Bubba's were from a litter Louie sired last year and aren't they just the cutest?!! Top left is Louie with his son and honestly it's just absolute perfection!! Colour is easy to add to a line but STRUCTURE, that takes time to correct. ... Louie has a couple of spots still open for stud duties this year hit us up if you want to know more
