19.01.2022 Please Note that we have had to make the difficult decision to Postpone our annual joint Lilier Lodge and Can Assist Fundraising High Tea for this year. It was to be held on 11th October at Borambola Winery but is now being postponed till March 21st next year. This is another casualty of the uncertainty and unpredictability of COVID-19. ... Thank you all for your continued support and understanding, and we look forward to having you all join us in March 2021 for a celebration of life, fun, and an entertaining event. If you require any further information please contact us at Lilier Lodge on 69255240.

15.01.2022 Mary Moody shares story in The Accidental Tour Guide at Wagga Library Author Talk Event Journalist, author and gardening extraordinaire Mary Moody is coming to town to share her story of overcoming heartbreak. In her latest book, The Accidental Tour Guide, Moody speaks of her husband David's death after 42 years of tackling life together. Returning to Wagga to do so will be an emotional journey for her.... "My husband had his radiation treatment with Lilier Lodge. He had the option to go to Wagga or go to the city so we thought he'd be much happier in Wagga," she said. "It was a fantastic facility, and this will be first time I've been back since so there will definitely be a sentimental element to it." Moody's latest book follows an inspirational journey to find her place in the world, carving out a new life for herself as a single older woman who inspires others to follow their dreams. "I wrote about serendipity I suppose, we never know quite what is going to happen in our lives," Moody said. "I had no idea that I'd end up as a garden writer, or that I'd travel the world sharing my passion for it." SOURCE: The Daily Advertiser, 31st October, 2019

Everyone who stays at Lilier Lodge has a compromised immune system so staying isolated while having treatment is so important. A BIG SHOUT OUT and THANK YOU especially to Carevan Wagga and Lamotte's Catering for donating and delivering home cooked meals for the guests. ... Also, to G & C Hanigan, Milk Vendors, for the donation and delivery of Milk, an everyday essential, when we couldn't get what we needed at supermarkets due to panic buying and limits.
