25.01.2022 Hi everyone! We just wanted to touch in and introduce Lilium. We'll be opening the doors in March (providing all goes to plan) hopefully a little earlier for the community to grab coffees and simple take away eats. Our intention for Lilium is to be a one-stop-shop to nourish, see and feel through all elements of healing. Our medium to do so will be through organic foods, local coffee to bring everyone together, medicinal herbal tonics, and standing as a store to support and s...upply local sustainable products as well as everyday natural grocery items. We'll be having live music evenings, dinner 2-3 nights a week and open 6 days a week at this stage. We're still in the development stages while we do the fit out, but feel free to reach out to us! We wish for this to be community operated as much as possible, in the sense that we're here to support each other. If you have a backyard farm, grow your own produce, make jams/other products, citrus trees or whatever you provide/create, then please get in touch with us to become a supplier. We will be offering trades in exchange for local grown produce - doesn't have to be huge amounts, all the little contributions are greatly appreciated. 24.01.2022 Hi Lovelies! We are doing our third MEXICAN MOON 100% organic authentic Mexican by Son of a Taco ... We are currently taking bookings for this event - the last two have been a show up kind of vibe however with covid restrictions still in place we would like to take bookings so that everyone can eat and have a wonderful time in a safe environment. We will have a small space for walk ins but kindly ask that you try to book before arriving. We have two time slots available 5pm and 7pm Please EMAIL US if you would like to reserve a place. 24.01.2022 Hello beautiful people! This is just a quick update of our opening hours. We have decided to close Monday and Tuesday in order to rest, reset and re design our menu. Because of the change in seasonal produce and the change in the weather we will be bringing out a new menu as of tomorrow so everyone in and out of the valley can have a variety of food to eat and to stay nourished in this time of seasonal change. We are open Wednesday - Friday 7am - 2pm... Saturday 7am - 9pm ( kitchen closed from 3pm - 5pm ) YES we are now open Saturday nights Sunday 8am - 3pm Saturday evenings will be a rotating menu with a focus on home cooked, beyond organic, nourishing dinners. We would LOVE to get some live music of the jazz, blues, acoustic sort so please get in touch with us if you are a musician and would like to be a part of Lilium. We will be posting every Wednesday on instagram about what our evening food will be so please follow us and check our stories. <3

14.01.2022 Hello Valley Locals + Beyond We are still open! Offering everything takeaway + take home meals and some goods in our general store. We are doing our best to remain open to provide you with supplies. We will be jarring up a whole bunch of items for our fridge to take home and can take orders to pickup - please message us on instagram for pickup or just pop in - our takeaway meals are fast, 100% organic and have amazing healing benefits. We are taking extreme precautions, hand...ling cash with gloves, sanitising all areas before and after customer use and are advising that only one person approach our order station at a time. We are also advising that people stay away from one another if they do wish to stay on premises to eat or drink and any groups are advised to leave sufficient space between others. We are not taking keep cups and would much prefer card payments. Anything else we can do to keep you guys safe and still provide coffee, food and any other goods please let us know. We are even considering doing drop offs if we do get shut down so please keep in contact, stay safe, nourish and care for yourself now more than ever. XX

04.01.2022 This Friday night we hosting a beautiful dinner with a couple of our favourite chefs from the Byron Bay Fig Tree restaurant. The menu will consist of three different curries - for all dietary differences (fish + lamb + vegan) + fresh woodfire chapati and pickles. Stay tuned for full menu..
