TUESDAY YOGA 10.00AM TUESDAY PILATES 5.45PM WEDNESDAY YOGA 5.00PM FRIDAY YOGA 10.00 AM Classes are conducted on Zoom which is really easy to access and use. For those of you already participating, the meeting numbers and passwords are the same as I have given you. For those who wish to participate, let me know and I can email you the bank details, the meeting room number and the password. Look forward to hearing from you.
