23.01.2022 Dear Fellow Friends and Family, I just turned 30 last 2 days and for me its big number, I personally feel more wiser than ever. I hope youre having a good day so far. Im reaching out to you because I wanted to share my story with you. I have my small business in Ballarat its Lilly Love Cakes and Little Chubby Girl Authentic Malaysian Food. Lots of people see and think that whatever that I worked come out easy, but things arent always quite what you may think. Its har...d to travel for work, but you make it work. Its hard to selling your product in pandemic time but you need to earn traveling 3-4 times a week its about 700km has been big sacrifices. While baking and cooking has always been a passion of mine, Ive been looking to make it more sustainable small business with spread more awareness towards working as migrant and refugees background. This is why Im planning to build the commercial kitchen at my house. Easier and low cost way to build this is using shipping container and it will straight forward kitchen where you can register as cooking and baking kitchen. This also when I can buy used equipment to install in the kitchen. By having the kitchen near me, it will make the production bit more easier without transporting the product every single time. This is making also travel will be less than normal and I can fulfil high demand on Malaysian food and delivery will be lot more easier. Not only for me its for community, watch the video so you know whats the plan for future when the kitchen is established.
