24.01.2022 First day back for Lil’ Miss Orcas 2021! We had some brand new shiny faces, a whole bunch of smiling faces we know and love, and even one returning face ... Welcome back, Lily! So good to be out on the trails with the girls again and OMG... the Hero Dirt . That rain over the weekend has just packed everything down nicely and the trails are running sweeeet . Here’s to a while new year of riding with you girls

13.01.2022 Pumping is one of the fundamentals of mountain biking. Get this skill right, and you will save yourself energy by pedalling less and using the terrain to your advantage. Some of these girls are advancing quickly and noticing the speed generated by pumping the back side of the rollers. See for yourself how correct body position and motion make a huge difference. For those of you that are struggling, watch this reel and look at your body position and bend of your elbows and knees.

07.01.2022 Sage on the podium in first place at the WA Gravity Enduro final at Linga Longa. It was a close one, with Sage taking out the win by 0.5 Sec! Congratulations also goes to Bella Moore for second place (1st overall in the series) and Ella Roodhouse for third. Great to see the girls out there killing it!
