16.01.2022 I have just commenced making a two tiered chocolate cake for a surprise baby shower, so at the moment I cannot show photos or give anymore information except that the recipient will be getting a lovely surprise.

16.01.2022 A dozen teal topped decadent chocolate cupcakes ready for delivery for a lucky young 13 year old.

16.01.2022 Exciting week this week, one lucky young man turning 16 getting a Marvel cake done with a cake topper of his two favourites, pictures to come later in the week. Red and blue fondant marbled together, with the in cake topper done by my graphic designer son and printed by my edible cake topper printer. I have been told by his mum that the cake was a huge hit and very yummy. Great to hear as always.

15.01.2022 Week 3 of floristry done and I am really pleased with the posie I did tonight. Can be used as a wedding bouquet. I am quite impressed that I am getting the finished results that I am getting. The teacher is very happy and says its coming together quite well.

13.01.2022 This cake was made for a very special customer, for their 50th birthday. Black Forest cake, the cake was a big hit everybody really enjoyed it.

12.01.2022 Latest project, 12 hours notice to make, pulled it off with 2 hours to spare, 2 layered red velvet with white chocolate cream cheese filling covered in a golfing green. Happy 40th Chris, glad you enjoyed.

12.01.2022 My final class for the floristry, this is the end result an Easter table arrangement. Such a beautiful array of flowers all placed delicately.

12.01.2022 I have just noticed quite some people liking my Facebook page, that is fabulous. Thank you. I take a great deal of pride when I put my creations together in order to get the best end result. If any of you are interested in getting some tasty treats done for Christmas or any other occasion, please advise me as soon as you can so that there is plenty of time to get it done.

08.01.2022 This is the surprise baby shower cake that I can now reveal, all chocolate, rich dark sweet, but not too sweet. I was told that the recipient "loved it". Which is what I love to hear.

07.01.2022 I have never been one to eat fruit mince pies at Christmas, so I have been looking at trying different recipes for folks like me who like to eat all sorts of different baked goodies at Christmas. I came across this absolutely fabulous fruit mince cupcake recipe, and so I made them today, just a dozen to start with. Well, I have to say that, I am absolutely thrilled with the way they have turned out, and they, even though I do say so myself are very nice, and I do have food critics who taste test my cakes, said they are very nice.

03.01.2022 I love my job, my cake making job that is. Just had a customer come and collect for the surprise baby shower tomorrow, "wow that is beautiful, thank you so much", are words that I love to hear.

01.01.2022 Just finished a mammoth two tiered four layer vanilla cake. White chocolate cream cheese in between, white chocolate ganache and ivory and grey buttercream. Harry Potter themed. For a lovely young lady whom I have the pleasure of making this for. Enjoy your 21st Tahlia. Big thank you to my graphic designer (my son) who did the cake "sider". Top job once again.
