22.01.2022 Silky, soft goat curd! These delicate curds are on their way to becoming a batch of our White Goat camembert style cheeses. The milk the girls are producing from the rich green winter pastures is sweet and mild, and in five to six weeks, these White Goats will be soft and ripe, with delicate mushroom characters and a creamy finish - so delicious! Thank you girls!
21.01.2022 Lilyarra Goat Curd on a winter salad! We are so happy with the balance of flavours in our Goat Curd - and with the currently lush pastures in Macclesfield, our curd is extra creamy! But its that lively 'lemony' finish that makes it such a good cheese for pairing! A great pairing match with any food with some natural oils - such as olives and olive oil - makes Lilyarra Goat Curd very versatile!

16.01.2022 A belated happy new year! The year has been busy so far - and we have two new cheeses on sale! We have a camembert style called White Goat and our semi-hard goat cheese which is as yet unnamed. Come and sample at Victor Harbor Farmers Market each Saturday morning.
15.01.2022 We're looking forward to the Victor Harbor Farmers Market tomorrow in Grosvenor Square. With the long weekend upon us and easing of COVID-19 restrictions, it should be a great market! We have a full range of our cheeses tomorrow including our 3 month matured Irish Farmhouse Cheddar - 'Caís Gobhar' (pronounced 'Kosh Go-er'. We still aren't allowed to do tastings but sure - just buy a piece and give it a go! Its delicious! We hope to see you tomorrow!
12.01.2022 We are often asked where our cheeses are available to buy. Currently, Lilyarra cheeses are available in the Fleurieu region South of Adelaide, and also in the Adelaide Hills. We have a stall at Victor Harbor Farmers Market each week in Grosvenor Square 8-12.30, and at the Cittasloe Market in Goolwa every second Sunday. Our fresh Goat Curd and White Goat are available at the following retail outlets: 3 Monkeys Cafe, Willunga Veg Out, Victor Harbor... 05.01.2022 Blooming beautiful! These 6 month aged Lilyarra ‘Cais Gabhar’ Semi-hard Goat cheeses, matured on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia, are about to receive their weekly surface brushing. How exciting to see red-orange mould, Sporendonema casei, happily blooming on the rind!
