24.01.2022 Introducing Mr Sausage... a Family owned and operated small manufacturing business. You can meet owner Con, wife Luisa and daughter Gemma at the market this Sunday. They have been part of the Lilydale Community for 30 years. And Luisa grew up in Lilydale and attended local primary & secondary school here. They manufacture and sell pre cooked gourmet sausages, making them ideal for b.b.q., meals on the run and yummy sausages in a roll. Their best sellers are Leekwurst, Hot Leekwurst, Ham & Cheese, Chicken Oregano, Chorixo & Kransky. Try one of their Value packs for $10.... Perfect for your next BBQ, Sunday Roast, Paella, lunch on the run and breakfast to name a few.

Beth loves all animals but has a special spot in her heart for her canine friends.
