21.01.2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Lilydale Football Netball Club Incorporated will be held on Wednesday 9th December, 2020 beginning at 7:00pm sharp. Although restrictions are beginning to ease in Victoria, it is likely that we will be holding our AGM via Zoom which will ensure all members can be included in the meeting.... Further details regarding Zoom Log In and participation protocols will be circulated in coming weeks. Should the opportunity to utilise the Clubrooms open up prior to the set date, we will look at how this could work, however strict social distancing would need to be adhered to throughout the night for any members present. The agenda for the night is as follows: - Business Arising - President's Report - Treasurer's Report & Financial Statements - Election of Office Bearers - General Business All positions on the committee will be made vacant and re-elected. Anyone interested in joining the committee or simply helping out around the club is more than welcome to contact Anthony Simmons prior. Any proposed Special Resolutions must be submitted via email to myself on the email below and be received by COB on 17th November 2020 to be included in this year’s AGM. Any proposed Special Resolutions received after this date will be carried over to next year’s AGM. Erica will be taking the lead role in delivering the following programs: - Strength and Conditioning - Injury Prevention ... - Recovery Together with Marcus Krygger, Head of Strength and Conditioning at St Kilda FC, Erica will be delivering a series of programs to an elite AFL standard. 03.01.2022 GET EXCITED FOOTY IS BACK Our first pre-season training session will be as follows: Date: Monday 23rd of November Time: 6pm to 7:45pm Location: Melba Park Back Oval 179D Main Street Lilydale (Back Oval)... COVID Compliance Officer is: Steve Potts Players Must: Wear a face mask too and from training. Bring their own water bottle Must strictly observe social distancing requirements of 1.5m Report directly to a COVID Compliance Officer to sign in before entering the oval Sanitise hands before entering the oval (Sanitiser will be available) Not linger ‘get in, train, get out’ Additional Information: AFL Victoria & The EFNL has encouraged all players, volunteers and families to download the COVIDSafe App to help in tracing the spread of COVID-19 Coaches are taking measures to limit physical contact of players (e.g. social distancing guidelines, no physical contact drills at training, etc.) All footballs & equipment will be sanitized before and during training There are restrictions on people attending the training venue (i.e. no spectators).
