25.01.2022 Soooo... unfortunately I have had to pull out from competing this weekend. It was a super hard decision to make but we had to put my health first. I was back in hospital on Monday due to a shitty blood test resulting in ‘Acute Kidney Failure’. I am totally fine and healthy and this is completely manageable but unfortunately my GFR levels had to much of a drop that we didn’t want to risk putting further stress on it with a competition. Regardless, I’m soooo freakin proud of myself with how far I have come this year any ways

23.01.2022 I can first hand tell you that muscle memory is thankfully real. However, I definitely didn’t sit around waiting for it to come around. I was actually crying in that middle picture. I honestly thought it would be an impossible process to get myself back to where I was. 17.01.2022 This prep I have drilled into my head that if I want to be an elite athlete, I have to start training like one. I’ve had tunnel vision from the beginning of this prep. I haven’t missed any training sessions Every rep and set on my program has been completed so far I haven’t drank any alcohol... 02.01.2022 First session back at Valhalla Strength - Brisbane with the Wednesday crew I am unable to perform any back squats or sumo deadlifts for a while yet unfortunately. I’ll be working on Front loaded squats and conventional deadlifts. Working closely with Paul from STARTtraining who is taking care of my rehab. At the moment we are focusing on motor control along with hip and core stability. Then incorporating this into my programming from EPIC Coaching...
