15.01.2022 Adoptions create security for a child, who often in Foster Care would be re-housed time and again. Although necessary at times it is also incredibly de-stabilising. A child needs loving consistent parenting and the comfort of knowing they have the love of a mum and dad.

14.01.2022 As part of McGrath Real Estate Sawtell "Community Giveback" program, Lilyrose Pregnancy Support and Antenatal Service was one of three local charities to receive a $500 donation towards their activities. A vendor selling their property through McGrath R E has the opportunity to nominate a local charity to receive a very generous donation. We are situated at 12 Earl St. Coffs Harbour and all our patients are Bulk-Billed. You can view your baby on Ultrasound as you discuss your concerns with our GP Obstetrician, Dr. Deirdre Little. To make an appointment via our mobile, phone 0423 227 917. The Royal Australian and New Zealand C...ollege of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, (RANZCOG) offer the following advice. "Apart from necessary screening procedures and careful hygiene protocols, women should expect that their experience of pregnancy and birth should be minimally affected. Women with diagnosed or suspected, COVID-19 Infection may require additional precautions. Dr. Vijay Roach, the RANZCOG President, said, "Pregnancy and childbirth are such an important time in a woman's life. We must work together to safeguard women's mental health, experience during birth and facilitate and support parent's connection with their newborn babies."
