24.01.2022 Nice post from Eric Cressey! Wall squat with rotation and reach. Always looking for ways to get more ribs, spine shoulder mobility and improve our posture. First - mobilise. Second - from there we can effectively build our strength. It should feel good in our bodies. And I would recommend starting with your hand to your shoulder, get the twist going before reaching. Let's practice :-)
