The issue being they can be a little stubborn to get happy again. Complete rest is not the answer... Ignoring the issue is not the answer. Guided and progresses goldilocks loading, that help you and your tendons handle the shit you want to do is the answer. This can take some educated trial and error and he frustrating. so don't fuck around trying to do it yourself. Get someone to guide you through it and hold your hand on the days that your stubborn tendon is being a big poo!

06.01.2022 Seems blood ovbious dosent it bit the amount of times people try to get better at things without doing the thing or something that resembles the thing is ridiculous. Positional strength/ mobility is fairly specific to the task. So you want to get better at over head things. you need to find a variant of over head things that challenge your body to adapt and find better positions.... foam rolling aint cutting the mustard. you cannot stretch your way to victory. Isolation work can help but should be an addit to actually loading overhead. this can be achieved in many ways and is specific to each individuals current capacity and circumstances and friends it takes consistent to see improvement. hit me up if you wanna get better holding heavy things over your head.
