16.01.2022 Extremely strong bunch we've created here. In this room, since last May, I've seen over 25 girls build their deadlift up to over 100kg, and 6 girls squatting 100kg or over. 2 people have competed in Powerlifting meets, one in Strongwoman, 3 in CrossFit and 2 girls are competing with me in Sydney in the National Log Lifting Championships. This was all accomplished from a normal gym, nothing too fancy. Just commitment and consistency. New changes coming our way, and I'm going to make sure you all keep getting stronger and faster. I wanna see more people signing up for comps that scare them

10.01.2022 Last event for the day! Done and dusted. Farmers carry into Husafel stone carry, each for 24 metres. A quick yet extremely tough event! No idea where I've placed, happy with my performance today, I'll get the final results up next
