If you are applying for this role you must have a motorbike licence (we have our own bike) OR have a car licence (with the ability to use your own car) 2. I just wanted to give a quick update regarding the relaxation of the lockdown laws for restaurants We have at Lime Mexican Sawtell been very busy with take away and home delivery and we thank you all for your support. We want to get opened as a full service restaurant as quickly as possible when it is safe to do so. We genuinely wanted to try and adapt to open this Friday night but, to date I have had far too many enquires for deman...d that would exceed our maximum capacity 10 people at a time. To my thinking and belief it would just create chaos for everyone, both our staff and customers So, unfortunately, this Friday we will NOT be offering any dine in tables at the restaurant in line with the government stage 1 relaxation laws of Covid19 lockdown. We will revisit this when stage 2 opportunities are discussed and explained In the meantime, we will still open at 4pm everyday with our take away and home delivery options, including the opportunity to purchase a list of our favourite beers/wines and cocktails to go with your meal. 11.01.2022 Hola Lime Mexican Sawtell customers, Just a quick note that we are closing for a week. Last week, and the past 13 weeks, we have dug deep, worked with all changes and maintained our business model to satisfy our demand from our amazing and extremely loyal customer base. ... Unfortunately, this stage of the Covid restrictions plan just isnt working for us, so we are going to take a break, reassess our plans, get some things fixed with our online systems, our staff levels, and then fully understand the NSW Government Guidelines for Covid safe plans and interaction with the local Police and their interpretation of these guidelines. We have very low staff levels at the moment due to this Covid crisis and our current staff havent had a break since December last year. I need to give the staff their entitled leave and get ready for fully back to normal operations, which we cant wait for!
