07.01.2022 My thoughts out loud! Your rock bottom moments in life I see as the opportunities to create and build a new chapter in the book about you. I really can’t highlight that statement anymore! All your ‘rock bottom moments’ or past events that caused you pain and suffering are bullet points outlining when It was a chance or is a chance to re-build yourself, to evolve, to merge and to grow! Have you ever considered the opportunities that come from anything falling apart or causing... you challenges? Have you ever looked at an emotion or event that seems so negative, so challenging and asked it a simple question like Even though I don’t know what the positive intention of .............. is, I will begin by thanking that .................... because I know it has some positive intention. What positive intentions might you ask? Well, why don’t you spend time reflecting on YOU and ask yourself this very question. What would this ..... challenge..... want for me that is positive or rewarding? How you perceive your life, your moments, you up and your downs is everything. I choose to hold a positive mindset and see everything as an opportunity. I choose not to be a victim and rise above. I choose to take responsibility on my actions and words, my reactions and approach. I choose to commit to myself, my growth and my goals.
