Ingoing / Outgoing Inspections can be one of the most critical pieces of paperwork after getting your Tenancy Agreement in place. This is what will drive a whole range of things: *Shows the cleanliness of the property before/after the tenancy starts/ends... *Shows what is working, and what isn't *Shows existing wear and tear (or when things are brand new) *The expectation of the standard of the property at the end of the tenancy. *A papertrail Need to know more??? Check out some information in the link about what the State Government assistance is, and some FAQs about different scenarios. Whether you are a Tenant or Landlord, remember to keep up the communication with each other (if a private rental) or with your Property Manager.... COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!! (oh and thats what we are all about too )
