11.01.2022 Manage your own property?? Do you have a robust Ingoing/Outgoing Inspection Report?? Ingoing / Outgoing Inspections can be one of the most critical pieces of paperwork after getting your Tenancy Agreement in place. This is what will drive a whole range of things: *Shows the cleanliness of the property before/after the tenancy starts/ends... *Shows what is working, and what isn't *Shows existing wear and tear (or when things are brand new) *The expectation of the standard of the property at the end of the tenancy. *A papertrail Need to know more??? 04.01.2022 Even though the impact from COVID-19 is slowly getting better, I have been taking a few calls on what help is available for Tenants and Landlords in getting through this period. Check out some information in the link about what the State Government assistance is, and some FAQs about different scenarios. Whether you are a Tenant or Landlord, remember to keep up the communication with each other (if a private rental) or with your Property Manager.... COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!! (oh and thats what we are all about too )
