05.01.2022 Tune in to ABC Eyre Peninsula tomorrow (Friday 17th) from 8:45am as Emma Pedler chats to Drs David, James and Keith about how important our student doctors and doctors in training are to our rural areas! #ABCRadio #ruralGP #rural_love #eyrepeninsula

05.01.2022 Thanks to the wonderful Emma Pedler from ABC Eyre Peninsula for interviewing Dr David Lam, Dr Keith Jarrett and Dr James Ashby on how important it is to support our training doctors on the Eyre Peninsula. What brought them here in the first place? For Dr Jarrett "It's the respect that local people give you and the time of day...a real sense of connection with the people here that made it home". For Dr Ashby it's cos "you get a more personal relationship with your patients. You see the same patients as they grow up, grandparents, children, you get to know the whole family!" To hear more, the link to the recording is below... #ABCRadio #eyrepeninsula #rural_love #doctor #community https://soundcloud.com/drdavidlam/supporting_gps_in_training
