24.01.2022 Super happy with this one, this photo is 90 years old and definately was a little worse for wear. Played with a couple of colour variations. Would like your feedback.

19.01.2022 Another Historical Photo completed, some of these photo's were sent as postcards from the war zone, this particular one was sent to Alf's sister Florrie and her husband Clarrie from Cairo on 25/1/1915. I have included an the postcard note as well that is on the back of the photo.

16.01.2022 Definately my hardest restoration so far, this is a picture of my mother taken in 1922. I will probably do some more work on it later, but this will do for now.

14.01.2022 Here is my latest restoration, this photo was originally taken in around 1936.

12.01.2022 I thought it was time I introduced myself and explained how this little business came about. My name is Linda and one of my passions is photography. I also strongly value family history and keeping records for future generations. When my mother moved into a retirement village prior to her passing away she entrusted me with a box of family history photo’s. Many that were already damaged and faded due to age. I then took it upon myself to use my photoshop skills to restore the...se photo’s. After posting them on Facebook I had several requests from family and friends to fix their photo’s. A couple of people suggested this could be a good side business. Hence the beginning of Restoring Memories. I work full time in Community Services so I hope you understand that I may not respond to you straight away, however I will get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you for your interest. Linda Yes this photo is of me with my Dad. See more

07.01.2022 Here is my most recent restoration, a photo of my grandparents Alf and Gladys Maitland.

05.01.2022 This photo is very special to me it is a photo of my mother taken in England when she was about 4 years old. It took a lot of hours to do but well worth the result.

04.01.2022 Another one that was much easier, but still a great result.
