22.01.2022 We can sleep, exercise, eat well, put boundaries in place, take time out, build our resilience, and the like and still burn out. Sometimes it's the workplace that needs to change. For a few years now I've been hearing workplaces say 'we can do this AND this AND this' but rarely hear them say 'we'll give you the resources to do this AND this AND this'.
