Ingredients: Thinly sliced Angus Short Rib from Lindisfarne Village Gourmet Meats Peanut Oil Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese Baby Capers Chives diced to 1 cm lengths Pickled Ginger Olive Oil Method: Add Peanut Oil to a wok medium to hot Flash fry the meat in batches turning quickly about 10 seconds remove quickly from wok.
