25.01.2022 Just a reminder to all our wonderful Followers that we are unable to share our garden with you this year. We are looking forward to seeing you again in 2021! Happy gardening everyone!

23.01.2022 Border Control at Lindmar today...... happy gardening everyone!!

22.01.2022 It seemed like a ' Once Upon A Time' story when Facebook gently reminded me that a year ago today our first visitors to Lindmar for 2019 celebrated their wedding here surrounded by their family and friends. I remain hopeful that just as the seasons come and go, these troubled days of worry and separation from our loved ones will be but a distant memory and Facebook will remind me again that this too has passed. Happy gardening everyone!

22.01.2022 Due to the new Qld. Govt. health restrictions introduced this week, Lindsay and I have decided not to proceed any further with our Open this year. We're feeling very sad about this but feel it's a much safer option for our families, stallholders and our many friendly visitors. We look forward to sharing our garden again next year! Take care and stay safe everybody ! Spring is just around the corner ....... rain dancing anyone??

21.01.2022 Grab your gardening calendar and lock in the dates for our Spring Garden and Plant Lovers Fair for 2020. Hope you can come!!

21.01.2022 Long views at Lindmar early this morning! The birdsong is glorious and the colours of Summer are here at last!! It's time for mulching, planting, pruning and..... mowing!

20.01.2022 Well the sun shone brightly and the garden glistened and gleamed as we welcomed all our visitors for 2019. Heartfelt thanks to our precious family and friends who always pitch in and help us to thoroughly enjoy this wonderful weekend of appreciative and happy visitors, hard working stallholders and informative guest speakers. Looking forward to a more ' relaxed' pace of gardening over the coming months as new plantings await and there is fun to be had in the Magic Land of Gardening! PS. The teddy bears whispered that they'd had a most exciting and huggable weekend but were very pleased to be tucked safely into bed at last!

18.01.2022 You know I love colours .......and white's a colour too!! Happy gardening everyone!!

18.01.2022 A wonderful Event for all gardeners!! Wendy's beautiful creations are the perfect addition to your garden. I love them!

18.01.2022 And just when it's becoming quite dry and windswept and the Autumn jobs are waiting to be done.........the soft blossoms of the Sasanquas appear! They were my first love as a gardener and I'm always thrilled to see them! Happy gardening everyone!

18.01.2022 Autumn in The Magic Land of Bromeliads today. The birds and bees always enjoy the nectar, pollen and microscopic water borne creatures that are readily available in the flowers and vases of these wonderful plants. Enjoy! Bilbergia Pyramidalis or Flaming Torch ( of course!)

17.01.2022 My favourite nursery!

15.01.2022 Along the pathways at Lindmar today. This is one of my favourite times of the gardening year, when I can play with the colours, textures and shapes of new plantings and zoosh up the old ones. Calatheas, fittonias and broms!!

12.01.2022 If 2020 had turned out the way we had planned, we would be ready to welcome our visitors to our garden this weekend. Sadly, many plans have changed and disruptions to our regular events are expected and accepted. However, the garden just keeps on ' doing its thing!' Here's a snapshot of Past Open Days ( 2015 - 2019) and we are looking forward to sharing our garden with you this year in Spring 2020.

12.01.2022 Ferns are such fun! Really enjoying my new arrivals and looking forward to playing with them in Alice's garden!

05.01.2022 Facebook keeps reminding me that I haven't been posting much lately so here's what's been happening at Lindmar these past few months, weeks etc. The garden has been fast asleep but my seedlings are putting on their buds now and are nearly ready for planting, our refurbished top deck is almost complete and .......... there's only ten more weeks till we welcome our visitors for 2020. We hope you've had some delicious rain and happy gardening everyone!
