24.01.2022 www.aspiritualhealer.com.au Case Study No 2- Psychological Disorders PHOBIAS Phobias, such as claustrophobia (fear of closed spaces) or agoraphobia (fear of open spaces or going out), are irrational fears. Obsessive compulsive disorders may be similar in that they are irrational, and very often the patient is compelled to undertake repetitive actions for fear that something bad will happen to them. Specific phobias, such as fear of spiders or fear of birds, usually do not t...rouble the sufferer unless they are placed in that situation of stress. Claustrophobia will mean that patients will avoid travelling by air or by underground, and fear of flying may be a specific phobia in itself. Agoraphobia usually presents as a gradual withdrawal from social life and going out. In general terms, the phobia may represent some underlying, trauma, anxiety, or depressive state. Obsessive compulsive disorder usually appears as a need to carry out repetitive actions such as hand washing (which may be more than 100 times a day), or checking that lights are switched off, or the gas switched off, or that door is locked. Some patients have a set of rituals which they must follow before they can go out. The eventual climax is that they are unable to go out, i.e. they are agoraphobic, because the ritual takes them all day. Some people need to dress and wash in exactly the same patterns each day and become disturbed if they cannot follow the procedure. Like the phobias, the obsessive compulsive disorders mask an underling anxiety, trauma, or depression. In my Healing work I have come across phobic clients with many of the above symptoms. Through my healing treatment I am able to go to the level of the sub-conscious mind to remove the root cause of the problem and thereby release the person from the phobia. As a medical intuitive I am able to feel the person’s symptoms and I am able to link to Homoeopathic and Australian Bush Flower Essences which are an additional support to my healing in the road to recovery. As they talked, the sun was setting in the distance and an Old Spirit called Nurumbunguttia spoke to the Three Elders. Why do you sit here looking happy? The Elders all spoke in unison, Can you see how beautiful the earth is? Baiami has given men and anim...als a special gift that no one or thing could compare, they exclaimed. The Spirit then asked them you are not immortals, you will all die, and you won’t be around forever to enjoy it! No, you are right! the Three Elders said. We will die but our Spirit will be remembered by our future offspring’s! they said. The Elders turned to Nurumbunguttia (Old Spirit) and said something very special, Hla Thorkaninde, which means Do not let it go This is the gift of the Dreaming, do not let it go, appreciate Aboriginal culture, through dance, art or simply appreciating the beauty of the land. The morning has started as the sun is downing,... We look to the east as they rest in peace. The people gather every year, Just to remember and shed a tear. For we all have lost someone near, defending the cause and showing no fear. The mighty battles that were one and lost, Are marked by the fallen with a cross. Not all people names are known, although they are not forgotten or alone. For in our hearts we give them love, for they now dwell in god's house above. The rat's of Tabruk are so great, because of their hopeless nature that was their fate. To strive for peace in a land so far away, it must be hard when they remember those days. The Vet's now can march strong and free, for they have been recognized by you and me. Its the same message for both young and old, that piece does not come without a told. Elusive Trout I am tormented by the elusive trout; by the way he keeps avoiding me and catching me out. I have come to the stream again, to try my luck and to play his game. I stand just over here, south of the waterfall and in the clear.... I have plenty of room to cast my pole, I am sure he is just over there in the deepest hole. As the clear blue water gushers about, all I dream of is that elusive trout. With my silver lure at the end of my line, I cast out one more time. It lands just north of the deepest hole, and I begin to wind with body and soul. It’s my last chance to catch the elusive trout today, it is now getting dark and I have to be on my way. As the line becomes taught and I feel the weight, I now dream of that elusive trout on my dinner plate. And then with a fling, the elusive trout has done his thing. As the line now becomes limp he has got away, that elusive trout will live another day. See more

It is known to have been renovated for San Fructuoso in the seventh century, although the first written mention of this event is from the year 665. An inscription on the walls of the cloister of the lodge says that it was rebuilt by the Bishop of Lugo Ermefredo. After this restoration it was abandoned before the Muslim invasion until... the reconquest of King Fruela I of Asturias, which took place around 760. When, years later, he was assassinated, his widow and son, the future Alfonso II of Asturias, the Chaste, found refuge in the monastery. That earned the monastery royal protection, starting with the properties in a half-mile radius, which would encourage growth. In the early tenth century, the bishop of Lugo, Don Ero, attempted to seize control and expelled the monks. The Counts Arias Menéndez and Gutierre Menéndez, children of Hermenegildo Menéndez, were required to repopulate the new monastery with monks. Thereafter there are good relations between the monastery and the this Count's family.[1] In the same century it was reoccupied at the behest of King Ordoño II of León and from 960 the community lived under the rule of St. Benedict, but in the twelfth century the Cluniac reform joined with Bishop Don Juan. The monastery of Samos enjoyed great importance during the Middle Ages, which is reflected by its two hundred villas and five hundred sites. In 1558, already incorporated into the Royal San Benito of Valladolid, the monastery suffered a fire that forced its complete rebuilding. The community was isolated in 1836, with the confiscation of Mendizabal, but the Benedictine monks returned in 1880. It suffered another fire in 1951, after which it had to be rebuilt again. See more

DEEP AS THE OCEAN Soul 1 You left me standing on the stone wall that day.... My arms limp from your embrace, my heart bleeding droplets deep as the ocean. Your ruffled sleeves billowed white like the sails. Your face shone with passion for the journey. Proud and strong were your words, when you first revealed your plan. He has granted us ships, you boasted! Your skin could not contain your ambition. Your deep soulful eyes ablaze with fire, basking in the forum of the king. I gaze at you, concealing my selfish desires, and the small life I hold within. To celebrate with you the fulfilment of your quest. You penetrated me with your love and I knew then, I could only let you go. Many moons have passed us now our son is almost a man. He has collected antiques from the sea while his mother waited. He has learned to swim like a fish while his mother waited. He has taken a jib to sail while his mother waited. He too, has eyes deep as the ocean and a glow for the journey. Sometimes the grey seagull brings me a gift from you. An old piece of twine, a scrap of fabric. I try to imagine where you are, and then your warmth fills my body as if you had never gone. The old witch on the hill says many centuries from now you will return to me. Although I am not sure of her ways. The truth for me lies only in the heavens, deep as the ocean and when I stare out at the glistening jewels of night, I know you are there. Soul 2 As I left you standing on the stone wall that day, your bleeding heart as a reminder of what you could not say. Your soulful eyes told me of your journey within, it gave me courage and passion for my own journey to begin. What lay ahead for me was a mystery to unfold, for you made me feel strong and bold. Both our journeys would be a battle to the end, and I know I could only travel with you as a soulful friend. With my eyes ablaze with fire we set forth for our hearts desire. To discover the new world so far away, I needed a reminder so that I could return one day. As a symbol of our love, you carried the seed blessed by God up above. Many miles are between us now; time seems to elude me somehow. You are reflected in the breeze, as you fill our sails to carry us over the seas. New ports, new harbours, new places are a part of my journey now; it often makes me question my life somehow. One day our son will read about me, as history was always a part of my destiny. 19.01.2022 www.aspiritualhealer.com.au Case Study No 2- Psychological Disorders Eating disorders, anorexia nervosa, bulimia, and obesity. Eating disorders are commonly known as slimming diseases but their roots are to be found in a patient’s emotional integrity rather than purely in an obsession with food and slimming. Like the phobias and obsessive compulsive disorders in previous articles, these eating disorders may represent some underlying anxiety, trauma (sexual abuse in childhoo...d), or depression. The symptoms of anorexia nervosa are persistent weight loss, deceptive fiddling with food, laxative abuse. The patients are typically manipulative about food and hide food or vomit food after it has been eaten. Anorexia nervosa may end in death of the sufferer. Bulimia is a similar condition where starvation may be followed by bouts of binging, often associated with the vomiting of food. Patients may be of any weight depending on how much food is retained and how the cycle of bingeing and vomiting varies. Thus unlike the anorexia patient, the bulimics may be of normal weight or even overweight. Patients with anorexia or bulimia will also show other signs of disturbed personality functions including attention seeking and manipulative behavior. In my healing work I have worked with people with eating disorders with many of the above symptoms. Time and again the solution to the cause of the problem leads me to the sub-conscious mind. The healing releases the sub-conscious mind of that trauma, anxiety or other root cause of the problem. 19.01.2022 Meditation As I sit down in the lotus pose; I cross my legs and dispel my woes I form a pyramid shape to be steady and strong; And enter the dream state for that is where I belong.... I start my practice at the base of my spine; It’s called Mooladhara the root which is just divine. Lying there dormant disguised as a snake; A coiled serpent is waiting ready to wake. It starts to climb the Spiritual Tree; To the chakra of creativity. Swadhisthana it is known which means one’s own. It governs attitudes and relationships; As the snake takes its grip. The serpent continues to rise to Manipura the jewelled lotus which pleases the eye. It governs the liver and the spleen; and is the clearing house of one’s dreams. Beyond the solar plexus and up to Anahata the life giving chakra that beats from the very start. It is the centre of great love that overcomes ones ego to show real love. As the coiled serpent continues up the Spiritual tree; It now enters Vishuddhi The purification centre of the thyroid Gland; That allows you to communicate your call of command. Up ever up the coiled serpent will go to the Chakra Ajna where the three rivers flow; Ajna is the bridge that links the two the disciple and the Guru. It is known as the divine eye; To look inward and not outside. And now to the crown to the very top the coiled serpent now can stop. Schizophrenia is disturbed mental functions that affects the way a person acts, thinks, and sees the world. People with schizophrenia have an altered perception of reality, often a significant loss of contact with reality. They may see or hear things, speak in strange or confusing ways, believe that others are trying to harm them, or feel like they’re being constantly wat...ched. With such a blurred line between the real and the imaginary, schizophrenia makes it difficulteven frighteningto negotiate the activities of daily life. In response, people with schizophrenia may withdraw from the outside world or act out in confusion and fear. With Great Respect and Love thank you Joan and all those involved. LOCKED BEHIND THE PALACE WALLS, LOST IS MY FREEDOM THAT I ONCE RECALL. A PRISONER FOR LIFE I HAVE COME TO KNOW, RESTRICTED IN FEELINGS THAT WANT TO GROW.... AS I SEARCH AROUND THE PALACE GROUNDS, LOST IN A CORNER THE CLIMBING ROSE ABOUNDS. FULL OF LIFE IT CLINGS TO THE STONE WALL, ITS THORNEY BRANCHES MAKE IT GROW TALL. THE SOUL OF THE ROSE TOUCHES MY HEART, AND DRAWS ME SO CLOSE THAT WE WILL NEVER PART. 13.01.2022 www.aspiritualhealer.com.au Shaktipat is the transmission of divine power into the disciple by the Guru, causing the awakening of the Kundalini Shakti. At an Intensive one weekend I was chanting the Mantra Om Namah Shivya (which is a primal sound, and a resolution to our inner bounds). As I merged myself with the mantra, a cold swirl of air circled around me. In my head a voice told me to breathe in the air. The voice came again breathe in the air, so this time I did. The c...old air rushed to the back of my throat and then down to the base of my spine. It then exploded and filled every artery, vein and blood vessel in my body, filling it with incredible energy. A hand seemed to grab me at the throat centre and pull me forward, out of my physical body. I was now floating in what you would describe as the "Blissful State" somewhere I had never been before where one is truly connected to God and to my own Spirit. As I bathed in this state for about 20 minutes I could then hear the Mantra being chanted separately from me, and as it started to slow and come to an end, I thought No don’t stop now, I don’t want to come back, the blissful state is for me. The Mantra slowed and as it did I was jolted back to my physical body. I immediately jumped up and looked around expecting to see the thousands of roses that had to be there to create the incredibly strong wonderful fragrance I was experiencing. As I looked around I could only see the other people preparing for meditation. As I sat down recognising that God had given me a great experience through Nityananda, Gurumayi and Baba Muktananda, leaving me with the fragrance of roses the sweetness of my very soul. The fragrance stayed with me for a week. No matter where I went I was reminded of the sweetness of my own divinity I only had to accept it. By accepting myself I was also accepting my Spiritual Path and interwoven with that was the acceptance of other people helping me along the path. My guardian angel that walks with me, I have closed the door on her setting me free.... Strength in my hair as it falls from my face, trapped in my world of dishonour and disgrace. Dark clouds looming all around me, please send me the angel of compassion to set me free. Oh hear my call from within your heart, let me entre your darkness so it can now depart. Let me feel your mind, body and soul, let me be your Angle of Compassion to light your darkness and the beauty that you hold. Feel my presence that is wrapped around you, connect with my heart that beats with yours too. Feel the warmth that comes from within, feel the compassion for your new day to begin. 08.01.2022 www.aspiritualhealer.com.au Case Study No 2- Psychological Disorders DEPRESSION The complexity of the nervous system carries with it the need to have a sophisticated command structure for the human body. This includes the need for developing feelings which help humans in their creative quest. These feelings maybe entirely positive hope, creativity, excitement and ambition but inevitably such a complex system must be liable to malfunction and break down. Depression, phob...ias, compulsive disorders, schizophrenia, and anorexia are merely a few of a wide range of psychiatric disorders which affect human beings. Depression is probably the most common psychiatric disease. It exists in a range of forms from mild through to very severe. In my 30 years of healing I have seen and felt typical symptoms of depression in my patients which can include a feeling of slowness, sadness, inability to make decisions, poor sleep, low self-esteem, lack of self-worth, excessive sleeping, slow metabolism, constipation, poor appetite, changes in the sense of taste, excessive comfort eating with weight gain, loss of libido, addictions and suicide just to name a few. Depressed patients are sometimes too depressed to motivate themselves to seek medical or Natural Therapist Advice. A friend or relative, however, should encourage depressed patients to see their depression as an illness rather than as personal failure, and to seek advice. In my healing work I have worked with many depressed patients with many of the above symptoms. Time and again the solution to the cause of the problem leads me to the sub-conscious mind. The morning has started as the sun is downing, We look to the east as they rest in peace. The people gather every year, Just to remember and shed a tear. For we all have lost someone near, defending the cause and showing no fear. The mighty battles that were one and lost, Are marked by the fallen with a cross. Not all people names are known, although they are not forgotten or alone. For in our hearts we give them love, for they now dwell in god's house above. The rat's of Tabruk are so great, because of their hopeless nature that was their fate. To strive for peace in a land so far away, it must be hard when they remember those days. The Vet's now can march strong and free, for they have been recognized by you and me. Its the same message for both young and old, that piece does not come without a told. For all those who have fallen to this day, we honor you in the usually way. At the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember them. Lest we forget" See more

Baiami stillness was broken out into the plans that opened up to the deserts with no rains:... Baiami called for the Goddess Spirit Walla-Gudjail-Wan to renew the earth if she can. Walla-Gudjail-Wan is the spirit of light; and her spirit saturated the earth with the presence of life. Baiami then awoke Durlunggur; The Great Rainbow Serpent that he knew from birth. With the strength of 100,000 young men with his large body moving throughout the earth; Creating the mountains, the rivers, Billabongs the waves and the surf. Durlunggur now created the earth. Baiami then called to the Wandjina Spirit; to create the vegetation and everything within it. The trees, the shrubs, the grasses, the ferns and palms; the flowers and plants in her outstretched arms. The earth now breathed in warm light although not complete; Baiami now walked endlessly with tied feet. To bring to the earth all the animals anew; Creating the Snake, Crocodiles, Dingoes, Echidnas, Platypus, Lizards, Birds, Fish and Kangaroos. The earth then took another breath on command; and out of the big dust storm came Women and Man. Man and Women were now on the earth; to go forth and bring children through birth. Baiami now spoke to them and decreed; Live at one with the earth, your brothers and Animals and your soul will be freed. Baiami was now filled with content; For he had created and gave life to Munda(earth) that was heaven sent. With great respect and great love the birth of Munda now thrives on LOVE. See more
