23.01.2022 Gotta say that Tamron lenses are tough. I dropped my camera (full framed Sony A99) with the 70/200 f2.8 and as it hit the floor there was this sickening glass shattering sound. Picking it up expecting the worst but apart from the UV Filter being destroyed everything else is ok apart from my heart rate. Thanks Tamron for building such a solid lens.

05.01.2022 Took my A99 for a walk along the Barwon River yesterday morning, it was one of those perfectly still sunny winter morning that Geelong throws up now and then. Not a ripple to disturb the mirror like water and I am very happy with the result.
