11.01.2022 Dear Clients, We are still operating as normal and we ask for your continued support during these difficult times. The Health and wellbeing of our staff and clients are of the utmost importance to us so some changes need to happen. To protect everyone the best we can we ask anyone who comes to the clinic to adhere to the following changes; - Due to the clinic being a small space we ask only 1 owner/carer per animal to attend consults (this includes children). - We encourage ...clients to notify us at reception when you arrive for your appointment but then return to your cars until further instructed. This way we are able to manage the 4m2 per person rule applied by the government. - At the entrance of the clinic there is a sanitising station where you are encourage to use hand sanitiser when entering and exiting the clinic. Gloves are also available for those who wish to use them, - We will provide a clean environment, examination tables cleaned after every patient (as normal). Door handles, EFT facilities cleaned, benches, desktops, bathroom all cleaned regularly to the best of our ability. We also request if you are unwell and have any of the following symptoms; Shortness of breathe Fever Cough and/or sore throat or have travelled to an area of active COVID-19 with in the previous 2 weeks or have been in contact with someone tested positive to COVID-19 we ask that you do not attend the clinic. If you have been put into isolation by a doctor and your animal is sick please call/contact the clinic to discuss how we can help and /or attend to your animals whilst minimizing exposure to our staff If you have a large animal appointment on your property please notify us if you are unwell so we can discuss your options. During this time we may well be able to post/ have you pick up medications if appropriate. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these difficult times and hope that a vaccine for COVID-19 is soon forthcoming .
