If you have previous VENUE MANAGEMENT or ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT experience, we would love to hear from you. LOCATION: 351 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley QLD, Australia Successful applicants will be capable of meeting the following criteria; * At least 12 months hospitality experience with current qualifications (RMLV/RSA) * Minimum 1 year in a management position or similar * Demonstrated ability to organise employee records * Ensure the venue and staff comply with regulations and compliance conditions * Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills * Experience in conducting interviews and staff recruitment * Track daily costs and revenues including EON procedures * Coordinate suppliers and manage stock receiving, stock control * Co-ordinate and/or complete venue maintenance as required * Conduct staff training as required * General knowledge of restaurant and bar operations * Team management abilities * General knowledge of bookkeeping procedures * Excellent knowledge of POS, back end setup and accounting software * Availability to work mixed shifts including weekends * Ability to create, analyse and interpret monthly trading reports * Proven ability to manage operational costs Please forward your expressions interest to [email protected]
