Qualifications & experience Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification Previous experience preferred but not essential Current first aid qualifications and National Police clearance Tasks & responsibilities Providing direct care to older people living in their homes to enable them to live more independently and enjoy better quality of life Job will involve a variety of tasks including help with personal care, shopping, housekeeping, social support, respite, meal preparation, and other activities that suit the personal preferences of individual clients Direct Care Workers will provide services on a one-to-one basis in the client's home and/or taking people out and about in the community; Benefits Working as a team member of a small, personalised service with over 25 years experience in aged care in the local community; Travel between shifts is paid as per the award Regular training and support is provided Staff work in a safe and hazard free work environment Opportunities for permanent/part-time work All PPE provided To apply for the position or if you would like more details please contact us on [email protected] or 6651 7365.
