20.01.2022 The Religious Discrimination Bill will make it harder for healthcare providers to treat all patients equally. Link Health and Community stands proudly with other community health organisations and hospitals across Victoria committed to providing safe and high-quality healthcare for all people, without discrimination. The LGBTIQ+ community, vulnerable women, minority faith communities and people with disabilities already face barriers to accessing care. This Bill will jeopardi...se the ability of many people to find healthcare that is compassionate and non-judgemental. We call on our colleagues, community partners and professional associations to join us in making this clear to Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Attorney-General Christian Porter.
