22.01.2022 We have now provided a place to call home to 23 people who were experiencing #homelessness. Some with families. These clients are now settled into their new homes and receiving support to rebuild their lives. Link Housing was awarded a package of funding from the NSW Government as part of their #TogetherHome program launched earlier this year. 01.01.2022 We thank the NSW Government for its commitment of $812 million over the next four years for new and current #SocialHousing projects. While this is a welcome investment into this much needed social infrastructure, the data suggests this just won't be enough to meet the demand - and to stimulate the economy to the extent that building more #socialhousing and #affordablehousing can. However, we are hopeful that more will be done. As Dominic Perrottet says (watch the clip below),... they will "monitor the situation...and if they need to do more they will."
