23.01.2022 EMPLOYER SPONSORED VISAS LABOUR MARKET TESTING CHANGES Further and "in addition" to the current requirements for LMT, the business must advertise vacancy/vacancies also on the Employment Department’s Jobactive website. The additional requirement applies to all nominations lodged on or after 30/9/2020. The change affects ALL employer nominated visa subclasses and occupations on all skilled occupations lists.

02.01.2022 Changes to the Australian citizenship test as of 15/11/2020: -revised questions -new questions on Australian values -a new requirement for all applicants that all 5 questions on Australian values must be answered correctly, with a mark of at least 75 per cent overall to pass the test.... The updated "Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond" booklet is available in English for tests on of after 15/11/2020. It will be shortly be available in 40 community languages. However, remember the test is in English.
