19.01.2022 Do you have a child with Special Needs and worry what will happen when you pass? Many parents have angst with the concern of what will happen to their child with special needs after they die. Preparing a special needs trust and a well prepared Will to ensure that their child has provisions available after they have died is utmost of importance. This type of trust can prevent child’s creditors and family members from putting their hands-on funds for their own needs rather than for benefit of the disabled family member.
