Our boss, born and bred in Spain ( but growing up in Germany as well ) has finally shared his family recipe with us and is cooking up a Spanish fiesta this week! The dish of all dishes, The PAELLA ! We will have three flavours to choose from, including a vegan/vegetarian mushroom one! Hosanna Farm Stay in Stokers Siding had to close its gates until further notice, and has heaps of eggs to sell.... We offered to promote this for them, and we have been egged ! Hahahaha, not quite. . . But we have a ton load of eggs to move ! So if anyone like a dozen or two of the most amazing eggs, pasture fed and from very happy chooks, $7.50 per dozen .
