Bistro open Wednesday to Sunday lunch a...nd Wednesday till Saturday in the evening. Work in a relax atmosphere with the ability to create your own menu whilst having the flexibility that some head chefs don't have! You will also be assisted by a very capable apprentice chef who is in his 3rd year of Tafe this year and will work with a very friendly team who are able to assist you throughout the day and night! With great variation in catering from Bistro to set menu's, fingerfood, wakes and afternoon tea's it would give a chef a great opportunity to create a good name in his or her chosen field.
