Most loans were declined just before settlement. The most common scenario was based on their income they can’t borrow enough or they can’t service the loan as they don’t have all the financial documents available. No worries at all just provide me your driver licence and I will make it happen.... Does not sound legit does it? Please don’t be a next victim of mortgage fraud. Also when borrowing money be aware of scammers offering fake loans. Be especially suspicious if you're asked to pay money upfront.
