18.01.2022 When I was traversing into my own healing journey of moving out of the 9 to 5 world during my Saturn return, I encountered persistently two powerful forces that were jostling for my attention. On one hand my soul essence was inviting me to step more into self expression particularly speaking. On the other hand, I was feeling the resistance of moving out of my comfort zone from past conditioning, pain, and a general fear of being seen. I would like to take you on a journey wi...th me as we go deeper into the depths of what is going on below the surface of self sabotage and procrastination? Have you considered that perhaps these strategies of survival have a purpose? Why is this important? Well, without bringing awareness to the deeper layers that go beyond just feeling resistance, the same patterns and cycles will just play out over and over again. What this looks like, is the same reality playing itself over and over again. Drifting, meandering without any clear evolutionary step forward. I explore the 6 main underpinning reasons for why it plays out and then we explore the 4 foundations necessary to resurrect a new of orientating yourself in life where these strategies become obsolete. In the past, I originally believed that I first needed my external life's circumstances to look or be a certain way, before I could make the changes I truly desired.... For example: when I have $X in my bank account, then I can choose ABC however waiting or wishing only creates the experience of further waiting and wishing. In this video I share some key important elements of how to shift your perspective to allow new possibilities into your life. Familiarise yourself with some of the commonly held beliefs that affect, restrict and limit humans from stepping up and out into the world.
