22.01.2022 Seeking an experienced Chef / Cook to join The Lion team. The position is Full time and is the head role within the kitchen, alongside kitchen hands. The position is 5 shifts per week from Tuesday - Saturday, With Sundays & Mondays off.... The average output of meals varies from 30 on a quiet night to 100 + when things are going well. Looking for someone who is excited about the food industry and who is willing to experiment with fun ideas. Current menu consists of a typical modern pub restaurant. Always excited to introduce changes and trial new things. Successful Applicant must have a current drivers license and vehicle. We are a non smoking workplace.
