18.01.2022 The Ulverstone Lions Club in conjunction with Country Mix will be holding a Sausage sizzle and bucket Collection in Apex park Reibey Street Friday February 7th 10am to 2 pm for the Bush Fire Appeal. Country Mix Artists will be performing free for this Appeal . Donations for the Bush Fire Appeal can be left at the Lions Community Shop 27 a Victoria Street Ulverstone.Ulverstone.

14.01.2022 The Ulverstone Lions Club and its many supporters in the Ulverstone community have raised over $50,000 to buy hay, sillage, lucerne and nut feed as well as pay ...transport costs to get 12 loads into the Hillston area to directly assist those farmers in that region. Not all loads will be sent up immediately, this will be a project spread over the coming months as the farmers try to get there stock through another summer. We are working with the Lions Club of Hillston to ensure we distribute to the farms where we can provide the most benefit, because there is nothing like local knowledge. That means we can pickup from you hassle free. The Lions Club of Ulverstone Community Store relies on generous donations from the general public to fund our local projects such as the Ulverstone Pump n Jump track and Bail to Paddock. ... We generally offer a pickup service for those that have had garage sales; however, Covid 19 has severely hindered the ability for many to hold garage sales and as a result is the store is currently running low on stock.
