17.01.2022 UPDATE: More Information regarding tomorrow nights Festival of Small Halls. The outdoor kids entertainment including Face-painting, Jumping Castle, Laser Skirmi...sh will be setup by 5:30 including Westbrook Lions Sausage Sizzle. Hall doors open 6:30 for the ticketed Concert to start at 7:00 pm. OVERVIEW: The Festival of Small Halls is a series of tours that takes the best folk and contemporary acoustic artists performing at two of our country’s largest festivals, and sends them on the road to tiny halls in communities all over Australia. It’s an opportunity for music-lovers from welcoming communities to invite artists from Home and Abroad into their towns, and a way of exploring this vast country in the spirit of hospitality and great fun. The artist line-up for Small Halls will always be at least one Australian artist and one International touring artist, who play music of exceptional quality and heart. From our farmlands to the flood lands, the rainforests to the outback, audiences can expect a beautiful night of original music, as well as a chance to catch up with their friends during a supper break. It’s an all ages event and all are welcome.

02.01.2022 Don’t forget this Thursday is the Festival of Small Halls Summer Tour 2018: Mullum to Woodford. It’s partnered with the Mullum Music Festival and the Woodford F...olk Festival and is presented by 15 community groups and 10 regional or local councils. There’re twenty stops on this tour, covering coastal Queensland from the Gold Coast to Cairns, inland as far as Toowoomba and Middlemount, and south into the New South Wales Mid North COAST. Doors open 6:30pm with entertainment to start at 7:00. Tickets are only $15 and available at your local SPAR Grocery store or at the door. Seating is limited so don’t miss out. Entry is free for kids under 16 with Face Painting, Jumping Castle and Laser Skirmish. Westbrook Lions are cranking up the BBQ and will be selling sausages (with onions on top) and the Westbrook Hall Committee will have Sandwiches, Cakes, Tea & Coffee available for purchase. Come on down and enjoy a night of entertainment for the adults, fun for the kids, and support your local community. See more
