25.01.2022 We’re big believers in partnering with likeminded brands. Four Pillars have supported our staff cocktail competitions, showered us in juniper, sent some of us to their distillery and fit the groove of our own pillar when considering hiring new L&L family: would you have a beer with them?. Well, we’ve had a bunch of gins so that counts, too. Very proud to partner with them at our new venue Bistecca pouring in our house negroni on tap.

Please support, cajole and push your female staff to enter this competition. I often have a lot of men approach me asking how they can do their bit for the industry/how they can be supportive of the women they work with... this is one of those things! Build their confidence through positive encouragement, pull them off the bar for 5 minutes to enter their details on their next shift, find time in your venues schedule to give them access to the bar to practise, show up at the regionals as their cheer squad.
