24.01.2022 Openly owning Liquidbred has been MIA - like so many others, we’ve been fighting our own survival battles .. but it’s time ! While maybe quiet, we have been ultra observant, and it’s been inspirational to watch our local craft industry - producers and consumers alike - commit to supporting our industry. Phenomenal and a salute to you all. Loving this new release from ‘Nowhereman’, most especially to see a local gun brewer championing a much unheralded style - Munich Dunkel. Balanced, harmonious and a very tasty Autumn beer.

23.01.2022 Wow - how much do we love what these guys do; it’s like watching a Michael Jordan masterclass ( yes, too much Netflix time ). What a great way to see out the last burst of summer... BUT... stay tuned, we soon have some dark secrets to share we are really excited about..

21.01.2022 Remember this from last year??? Well, Vintage 2020 has just gone into conditioning; some tweaks hopefully building on nuances and complexities, with a touch more punch to boot. Release date hoping to coincide with an ability to launch this ‘kitty’. Stay tuned.

20.01.2022 Hmmm... an evening tipple of contrasts. No doubting the ‘fruit bomb’ delivery of Black Hops’ Hazy IPA; these guys - in our humble opinion - are very impressive. Yet, less than 20 years ago, it was the UK ale tradition that informed our fledgling brewing industry! So much has changed, and there is no lamenting that; however there is equally much delight and satisfaction taken in savouring CBC’s nod to the earthy, brambly/briary and ‘steely’ English IPA tradition .... Our greatest gift is the choices we have ..
