19.01.2022 52 sqm shed slab completed in Hurstbridge today. Simple two trowel finish. 100mm thick with thickend pads for post supports. SL82 reinforcing steel. It was a fun shape to work with

19.01.2022 Starting our exposed driveway in Whittlesea today! Thanks to King of Spades Excavation for the chop out once again! Nice new machine too!

18.01.2022 The result of our biggest project to date. 250sqm of exposed aggregate concrete for a driveway in Croydon. Mix is dark night from Hanson. We installed a 300x200 edge beam along the high side to the right. With reinforcing bar as well and a formed drain to redirect water. The whole project is 100mm thick with SL72 steel.

18.01.2022 Exposed driveway in Wallan. 70sqm, 110mm thick, SL82 steel. Excavated, preped, poured, cut and sealed in two days. Amazing effort by the crew! Bring on the long weekend!

17.01.2022 115sqm shed slab completed in cottles bridge this week. 120mm thick, SL82 steel and 25mpa concrete. Front and rear aprons with a stippled/spun finish and interior slab troweled smooth with the trowel machine.

16.01.2022 Today we finally started our Kooyong project for Resicon! It includes a structural slab, large footing and exposed aggregate to top it off.

15.01.2022 Exposed aggregate driveway in Whittlesea. 110sqm, 100mm thick, SL72 reinforcing mesh. Mix is the Brooklyn supplied by Hanson. This driveway was very steep and it took a lot of work to ensure our clients low car would be able to drive it without scraping.

10.01.2022 We've forgotten to post recently! It's a busy time of the year for us. Sideway completed in Melton. 45sqm. 90mm thick SL 72 reinforcing mesh. Had to battle the rain but we won!

10.01.2022 Big day! Pulling up 240sqm of brand new exposed aggregate which will be replaced by us as well.

07.01.2022 A productive day in Kinglake West for a two man crew. This small extension slab is ready for plastic and steal come Tuesday. Now we can go enjoy the Foggy Mountain Bluegrass Festival!

05.01.2022 Fiddly day today in Hurstbridge with 3 seperate pours. 85sqm done in 6 hours.

05.01.2022 Today marked the beginning of our biggest project to date. 250sqm of exposed aggregate. 3 days to prep and one day to pour the lot. Big days ahead!

02.01.2022 Great progress on our Kooyong job, block wall footing all poured. Worked on some of the very intricate steel work required in the main slab. Final prep tomorrow and pouring Monday!

01.01.2022 90sqm finished today in Kinglake. Excavated, prepared and poured in two days. 10m worth of 100mm stormwater installed along with pits. Really happy with this one, especially with how well the levels worked out with our fall. The whole job is 25mpa concrete, 100-120mm thick using SL 72 reinforcing steel. ... The front has thrown on colour to match the apron we poured last month, there will be gates installed at the colour change.
