Chalari Wines Chalari (Greek for relaxed) draws on the ethos of being relaxed and chilled, and from Alexis Greek heritage. Alexis Dad was always one for sitting around with a coffee or a drink and watching the world go by. All Chalari wine is small batch, small parcels of grapes and selected from the best vineyards within WA. The wine is made garagiste style at a small winery setup.... The fruit speaks for itself in the wine, intervention is only used where necessary. Unnecessary fining and additions are not performed on the wine.
