18.01.2022 Hi everyone, I wanted to take the time to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me and my business. My name is Lisa Bartlett and I am the owner of Lisa Bartlett Educational Programmer ultimately, I am first and foremost a support worker. I offer care, supervision, and support for people with disabilities in home and various social settings. I work with empathy and compassion on a whole family basis I support the family as a whole unit offering information and g...uidance for parents and caregivers. I work in conjunction with other health care professionals such as Key Workers, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physio Therapists, Behaviour Management Specialists etc to establish a holistic approach and to maximise the individuals’ physical, social and mental well being. I offer in home tutoring and social supports: I have a Bachelor of Education (Primary) I am currently studying for my Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Disability) and have previously worked as an Early Childcare Educator and Primary School Liaison. I have previously designed and implemented in house training courses for parents and caregivers and would be delighted in having the opportunity to do so in the future. I am passionate about working with children with special needs and look forward to spending time with each child as they provide unique opportunities to learn and grow as a person.
