20.01.2022 I took this quote from Amy Wambach's book, Wolfpack, which I recently read. I especially love the last line - 'it's an offering that you give to the world." We all have the opportunity to be a leader, so take up your opportunity right now and give your offering to the world. We need good authentic leadership more than ever. #Leadership #AbbyWambach #Wolfpack

13.01.2022 Another fabulous Dare to Lead podcast from Brene Brown. As well as listening to this I would highly recommend Wolfpack. After reading this I handed it to my daughter, it's exactly what our girls need to hear. #AbbyWambach #BrenéBrown #Wolfpack

12.01.2022 Love this quote I saw recently. Sometimes we think it's better to expect the worst, then we won't be disappointed, but it's far more fun to think about the best outcome. According to law of attraction that will also increase our chances of receiving the best. #optimism #DanielReardon

12.01.2022 At the beginning of the year, I wrote an article about setting goals for the year to align your habits to achieve your goals. I left you with these 3 questions: What do I want to achieve this year? Who do I want to be? What are the habits that will support this? We're now over halfway through the year. How are you tracking? ... Read more from my January article here: /www.linkedin.com/pulse/forget-new-year-resolutions-focus-habits-lisa-cutler/

11.01.2022 Fabulous time at Brene Brown ‘Dare to Lead’ last Friday with a group of coaching colleagues. What an amazing woman who shares so openly and honestly. My top 3 takeaways..... 1. Boundaries - this is what is OK, this is what is not OK. Clear is kind. Unclear in unkind.... 2. Dig into the fears and feelings. You cannot be a leader today if you can’t do this. We are not thinking beings, we are emotional beings who occasionally think. 3. Brave leaders choose courage over comfort. They put themselves out there when they can’t control the outcome. They care more about getting to right, than being right. There was so much more!! If you went along, what were your biggest takeaways? Lisa.

05.01.2022 Words of wisdom from Toni Morrison in this beautiful story from Brené Brown and definitely something for us all to think about - what instant facial expression do you give your kids? "Does your face light up?"

02.01.2022 Taken from Michelle Obama's book 'Becoming', well worth reading. #MichelleObama #Becoming

02.01.2022 Such a powerful post. It really is incredible how much of our lives are run on automatic, unconscious patterns we developed as a child. In addition to having the courage to break the patterns, may you have the courage to seek them out in the first place. My deepest admiration for all those who do.

02.01.2022 The 2nd question in our April reflection mini series will help you take stock of the year so far and put your best foot forwards into the second quarter of 2021.
