I was judging myself harshly, comparing where I am on my journey with others on social media. ... So many negative thoughts. I was surprised just how quickly these harsh judgments + comparisons disappeared. Seriously by day three I wasn't missing social media at all. I had time to have conversations with people, I had time to bake, I had time to mediatate, I had time to journal, I found ME! Do you know just how much of a deal that is? I FOUND ME!
